What kind of payment methods do you accept?
MyProductRoadmap.com customers have the option of two standard online payment methods

- Credit/Debit Cards
How secure are payments on your site?
My Product Roadmap payments are managed by PayPal and Shopify Payments, two of the worlds most secure online payment systems. Both are PCI compliant and are amongst the most widely used platforms for online payments and secure eCommerce.
We do not store or have access to any details of your credit card or payment method. During checkout you are directed through one of our secure payment gateways and redirected back to our site after completing checkout to download your purchased products.

Can you invoice us directly?
We are happy to invoice UK customers directly for payment via BACS or bank transfer. Please email us at enquiries@myproductroadmap.com to discuss your needs.
Content and Downloads
What happens when I have completed checkout? How will I access my content?
As soon as your purchase is approved through your chosen payment method, you will be automatically directed to a download page. On this page you will find download links to all of your purchased files. Additionally, a link is also emailed to you at the email address you supplied during checkout. You can use the link in this email to return to your downloads page for up to 30 days after completing payment for your products, with a maximum of two (2) downloads per product.

How am I allowed to use My Product Roadmap content?
Upon full payment for any of our template products, you (the customer) obtain the unrestricted right to use any of our professional PowerPoint templates for your own purposes and needs, including storage, duplication, printing, customizing and editing in both commercial and non-commercial applications.
This includes use of our templates, diagrams, shapes, charts and images in projects for your own use, your company or your clients. They may be used in presentations, websites, emails, brochures, advertisement, posters, business cards, signs, electronic documents and printed documents.
Except for our Multi or Global user license options, all product licenses are granted for the sole and express use by the owner of the purchased templates (or a nominated named user within your company), i.e. they provide a single seat for a named user.
Our templates are not distributable and you are not allowed to use the content in any of the above described (or other) for the purpose of sale, re-sale or redistribution as editable content, that could allow a third party to modify and replicate the content for their own use.

Compatibility
With which software is My Product Roadmap content compatible?
MyProductRoadmap.com supply professional, ready to use PowerPoint templates, diagrams and images. Our target software platform is Microsoft PowerPoint (across the major versions from 2003 to 2019, for PC and Mac and Office 365).
All PowerPoint diagrams are fully editable PowerPoint objects. This means that they are also compatible for use as diagrams and images in other Microsoft Office products such as Word or Publisher, without losing quality.
